Husband is recent amputee and is learning to walk with new prosthesis. This helps him NOT be hunched over with typical walker.

Keeps you standing upright. No slouching. Easy to assembly. Folds down to transport easily. It does take up room in vehicle and home.

I researched all available walkers online and kept coming back to the NOVA Dragon. The price was reasonable and competitive and the delivery was outstanding. It is everything it claims to be. I love that the seat is 2 inches lower than the one in my Walker. I do not fee like I am sliding off. I am only 4 ft. 10 and the armrests are perfect for my short stature and yet can adjust for my 6 ft 2” husband! I adjusted my brake handles to a slight inward position rather than an upright position and it is very comfortable. My only caution is the loose break wires. My husband bought purple twist ties (my Dragon is purple) to secure them and now everything is great. I am standing upright now. I do need to get used to maneuvering this around the kitchen cabinets and counters, but I am confident I will get there.

I've had a different brand but I bought this one for updated safety features. Nova has always been a great and durable brand for me. But, my new top of the line rollator had to be returned by the vendor because the breaks were bad. Not safe. I bought my new upright walker in Feb but couldn't use it for over a month because of surgery--too late to return it. It has been adjusted by four mechanically gifted people. The breaks are either too tight or unusable by me. I have no problem with my other brand upright walker's brakes-just Nova. So my new upright walker is a pricy unused fixture in my dining room. Unused because the brakes don't work. Definitely not SAFE for anyone using a walker.

It arrived on time and perfect condition or so I thought. It was difficult to closeThis walker is durable & lightweightI texted the seller about the closing issue. The seller could not help me the closing. I fell trying to close the walker. I returned the walker and got one from a medical store. It closes very easy.This seller has never said, sorry Miss for your fall. Amazon returned my money because UPS claimed they lost the package.Amazon is true to it’s word, they stand behind their products. The seller should at least have a remedy if anything is wrong with the product and be concerned with the customer. Especially since I hurt myself from the fall. The fall was 09/20/2022 @ Walmart I am still suffering from that fall and need medical treatment. Still no word from the seller.This walker is my pride & joy. I have MS and my walking is limited but with this walker, my body allows me to walk without pain.

Ordered this for my mother. Love the sturdiness of the walker. However The back brake kept rubbing on the wheel. Had to take to a bike repair shop and found out brake was frayed and he had to replace entire brake line and readjust the fender.

What did I dislike? Everything. I purchased the rollator in order to increase my safety while walking outside. With wheels that wobble, brakes that are inoperable, and nothing about how tall you should be to consider this item. I feel like I was misled, taken advantage of. Now I am supposed to take it apart, throw it back in the box for FedEx? The same people who left it outside of my house instead of up the stairs. I would not recommend either the company or the product. Amazon, I feel like you betrayed me with your offers.
