Fantastic! Ordered a pound from another company and it was so hard I had to cut it with scissors.This jerky I'm pulling apart with my hands. Perfect texture. Amazing flavor. Very happy. Also it was even less expensive. Customer for life.

Very tasty jerky. It's kinda sweet, but delicious. Best price, is on here. My only beef.....get it? Is now It's kinda fatty. Since 2024, the quality has dropped somewhat. I never had fat in the beef before 2024, now it's in every bag, not a lot, but still some pieces have it.

Bought this beef jerky to try out its flavor and texture to compare with another brand's products. The flavor is great and not too salty. It's a little more oily than what I like. The texture is chewy but not too hard. Good meat snack.

I have purchased this delicious jerky a number of times. It’s got a bit of spice, which I love. Great flavor, not dried out. Probably my favorite jerky right now.

Tillamook has some serious quality control issues with their jerky. I've bought quite a few bags of these, in their different flavors and most of the time it's great. But about every 3rd or 4th bag, it's like a completely product. Most of the time, the pieces are tender and packed with beefy flavor. The pieces are more of the chunky style, meaning thicker and sometimes have a bit of fat still on them. But on those bad bags, the jerky is thin, completely dry, tough and difficult to chew with very little flavor. It's literally like 1 day of production they turn the heat up really high and just let the pieces dry out. And even in the good bags, you'll sometimes find these big pieces of fat, not meat attached to the piece.Even though this brand tastes better than Jack Links or other big national brands, that's only in the better bags. The dried out ones have almost no flavor, so they basically average out. I also took away stars in the freshness section because of the bad bags, while they might technically be fresh, they're so dry and leathery, it's the same as not being fresh.

I'd like to start by stating that I review products very rarely. Once a year at most. I'm one of those people who only posts a review when I'm absolutely appalled by the product. Tillacrook Country Jerky has been rewarded my 1 star review of the year, this early into 2024! Congratulations!I would also like to state that I am in no way a connoisseur of beef jerky. But I've had mainstream jerky(such as Jack Links) & I've also had authentic jerky straight from the meat market. I'd like to think I have a general idea of what to look for in jerky.This however, is the absolute worst beef jerky I have ever had. The consistency of this beef jerky is not there. It can be thick, thin, dry, moist, fatty, lean & absolutely everywhere in between! I was mindlessly putting my hands in the bag when I first opened it, grabbing random pieces. My initial thought was that the flavor of it wasn't too bad. The next piece I grabbed, polar opposite. Mushy, moist, tasted funky. I honestly thought I was eating some "raw" jerky, I even spit it out of my mouth to ensure it was cooked. I then started digging through the bag to see what I ACTUALLY was eating & I was horrified.With that being said, I end my rant. I do however leave you with one question to ask yourself, would YOU eat the beef jerky pictured above?P.S. - If anyone's hungry, there's a brand new unopened bag of this "jerky" in my garbage can. If you're in dire need of food, please don't punish yourself by grabbing it. I'd rather treat you to a nice home cooked meal. I didn't even want to feed this to my dogs!
