The parts supply kit is very handy comes in really well you just need to make sure you're getting the right one. If you look at the model number on the back of the motor part that's the model number that you need whenever you're ordering the parts some of them are different sizes these are the right sizes for my particular vacuum which is a S5. But there is a model number that determines the actual part number needed it's a little confusing but you can call the number and they will help you find the right one they're very helpful

With as good as the Tinco cleans, you will need new brushes! These are the ones you want!

The media could not be loaded. I'm uploading a video to demonstrate the problem, but the poor tolerance in the bearing of this roller will cause your Tineco S5 to vibrate excessively. Just like a bad wheel bearing in a car or a washing machine that is out-of-balance, in practice this will cause your Tineco to make a very odd sounds, but also throw excessive solution and not suck up the correct amount of solution off the floor. Both brushes I was sent did this. This company clearly has poor tolerances when manufacturing their cheap knock-off of the OEM Tineco roller. I immediately removed it to avoid damaging our machine.
