Perfect product (good and solid) at the right price, installed easily and it arrived quickly. I needed it for our senior friends visiting to get up a couple steps coming into the house from the garage. And I have one to spare - location TBD.

These are my second set of hand rails. I have not installed them yet, but the first set were great, arrived in just days, packed well and secure. Easy to install myself. I did use different screws. I used long 2 1/2 inch screws.They are very secure and safe to hold me.

Good price for two of them. As others have noted, the screws could be longer. I used 2 inch deck screws, and oriented the holes so that two of the screws would go into the stud on both sides of the bar. Didn't use the plastic anchors, just drilled a small pilot hole first.Don't mount into drywall if you can help it. Always try to go into a stud.

The item was exactly as I expected. I did not specify that I intended to use it on drywall. The item was designed for a bathroom with tile. I adapted it for my use.

These grab bars are just the right diameter foe the hand to go around.

These grab bars are very sturdy, but installing them is somewhat difficult: The plate that attaches the grab bar to the wall must attached to the end of the grab bar with a large screw BEFORE the plate is screwed into the wall (into either the supplied drywall anchors or into wood behind the drywall). This is a little tricky to do and requires fully assembling the grab bar (but leaving the cover for the plates off), and aligning the holes in the plates so that the screws into the wall can be tightened. The bigger problem is with the supplied drywall anchors -- they are either too big or slightly too small for standard size drill bits, and the instructions say that they should be pounded into the hole drilled in the drywall with a hammer, but they're very small and not stiff enough to be pounded.

These grab bars are lightweight, but very adequate. They are easy to install, and the knurled surface ensures a good grip. Can't beat the price!
