They REFUSE to payout!
Although this unit is easy to use, getting a timely payout has become quite the battle. There is NO competent customer service that will provide answers as to why my transactions are not being deposited in my bank. I have tried multiple times to connect with them, yet my inquiries go unacknowledged time & time again. I am a very small business woman, so this is quite distressing on many levels, most of which is concern for the safety of my clients who have run their credit cards through this system. Other than handing the matter over to my attorney, I am at a loss on what to do.
