Excellent value for the money! I bought 2 of these (the standard, smaller size), the black one for my fiancé and the burgundy one for myself. They're both beautiful, durable, heavy duty boxes that worked perfectly, right out of the box. They house our Canik Mete MC9's (one each) with plenty of room for magazines. The packaging was gorgeous and professional, the instructions were huge and clear, the battery install was easy, the password creation was easy, adding fingerprints was easy, app download and setup was easy, and it opens sooooo quickly! We didn't like the beeping but you can turn it off (super stealth-mode, now!)! Iwill also now that my fiancé is a mechanic and has really rough hands. He was skeptical that his fingerprints would work but they do!! The app also tells you how much battery the box has left and it's rechargable! The only thing I will add is additional foam in the bottom. There is foam attached to the lid and inside front wall. The foam on the bottom is not attached (which we completely understand). I'm going to take it out and use it as a pattern for a thicker foam. This is in NO WAY a negative thing - just personal preference. LOVE THIS BOX! We are BillConch fans, now!

This gun safe is amazing way to store my firearms and have it handy and ready in case of an emergency. Very sturdy. Comes with 2 keys and the app is extremely easy to use and modify settings and codes. Finger print reader works better than many others. I installed safe in center console of my truck. Fits perfectly. Print reader opens instantly. Pin number is a little cumbersome but manageable. The instal video is QR accessible and easy to understand and follow. I'm impressed how safe is constructed. The App is not currently available in Google Play store. I sent inquiry about App at 8 PM and customer service responded the next morning stating App should be back available in a week. Very satisfied with response time. Looking forward to use App when available.

I just got this yesterday but I have to say that right from box opening I was impressed with workmanship and quality. After going through setup also impressed with functionality. The safe door opens with authority and I like the light inside. The installation sheet they provide in the box is downright overloading but still really left some things out. It was easy to set up once I decided to just scan instructions and watch the video. It basically sets up the same as other safes I've owned. The fingerprint scanner seems to work well and opens easy by code once you learn the proper sequence. Setting up the app was very easy. I don't know what others are complaining about. I did take one reviewers suggestion and disabled wifi before initial setup on my iPhone but when I installed on my iPad I didn't. It still worked just fine. The app itself is just basic but it does let you open the safe and show battery level. The other things they show you can do with it I'll leave for a rainy day. I did become concerned while charging it when it sort of hung up around 85-86 %. I pulled up instructions from the troubleshooting web site which seem a lot more clear then the ones in the box. I found the battery and charger specs. I decided to try a more powerful charger and it picked right up and was at 100% about an hour later. That being said I don't know how accurate that battery reading in the app is anyway. It was reading almost 100% at one point and checked it a few minutes later it was down to 92%. I unplugged charging cable and checked again. It now read 100%. I checked the light on the fingerprint sensor and it indicated the box was fully charged too. So it seems that being in charging mode effects the readings. So in summary I'd give the safe a five but deduct a star for the shaky app. I will update after I've used it awhile. P.S. Oh I have to comment on the reviewers that complained about app not being able lock the safe. Now come on guys, come back to reality and think about this. How do you expect that to work? They would have to put the mechanics in to pull door shut not to mention extra power required. I don't know, maybe it could be done with just an extra solenoid but maybe it would require addition of a motor. Either way it would make the unit way more complicated, probably take away from the internal space and definitely make it more expensive.

THIS IS A MUST BUY FOR HANDGUN OWNERS! This is my second purchase of this handgun safe. Having FOUR methods to gain access to the safe is fantastic (key, number code, biometric print, mobile device app). HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone that has a firearm safe need or even anyone that wishes to have an accessible safe place for special items. Unit fits perfectly in our bed headboard cabinet. Really enjoy the LED lighting when the safe door is open. The biometric finger print reader has consistently worked every time.The Billconch Gun Safe for handguns was received as advertised. We had a little difficulty getting the Bluetooth connection from the safe to the mobile app. My first safe purchased connected immediately. The second safe just purchased (Jan 2025), had just a little issue with Bluetooth connecting during the setup. We contacted customer support for Billconch and received a very helpful reply very quickly. The issue seemed to be the safe system just needed to be reset so removed the battery, paused 30 seconds, reinstalled the battery and configured the Bluetooth feature with the app using the default Admin Password. Works Perfectly!! Customer Service offered immediately to replace the safe if unable to achieve Bluetooth connectivity. Top notch Customer Service!!! Very, Very satisfied! Highly recommend this product to anyone.
