What can I say about these... I have been cooking since I was in my teens and I have never had a very, very nice set of knives. 'WOW' is the only word I can think to describe the quality of this product. So far I have used almost most of the knives and every knife has exceeded expectations. THIS was a purchase I do not regret at all and if anyone is looking at getting a set of knives makes you want to take cooking to a whole new level I would recommend this. Lastly I would recommend making sure that the seller is Cutlery and More, they are FANTASTIC. This purchase was a first from that company and I will be buying any and all kitchenware I can from them in the future. Just a beyond perfect experience in both product and company. Thank you!

Impressive and elegant blades
Beautiful blades. All very sharp and of great craftsmanship. They look smooth vs. a lot of the other brands I reviewed, and more elegant. We’ve received many compliments on them. Most importantly, they cut so well. A tomato is like butter and there is little to no resistance. It makes cooking a real pleasure vs. a task.

Bought these for my mountain cabin where I actually have time to relax and cook. They are super sharp. So, be careful. Excellent investment for those who like to cook.

Pricey but very beautiful and well made. Love knives from Seki City, these did not disappoint. They’re so beautiful I hate to use them!

Best knives I have ever owned or used!
Superb, beautiful knives! A little pricey, but if you do a lot of home prep, definately worth it. My wife immediately threw out the old kitchen knives. Just touch the edge of the knife on a line and it's so sharp, it literally falls through the body. Handles feel solid and smooth and they hold their edge. The blade itself is beautiful the pictures do not so them justice.

4 stars ain’t 5 star, but it also ain’t 3
As a fan of knives I have to say I’m very impressed with this set. I don’t like the fact that a deboner and butcher knife needed to be purchased separately but I’m not docking points for that. It’s more the price point that bothers me. Don’t get me wrong, amazing set but I wish I had bought knives individually at this price and got better quality at that price point.
