I have taken a variety of supplements through many years. These are the most gigantic tablets with hard edges, that I have ever experienced. How is it possible to swallow these 'UNhuman for consumption' monsters??? A N D not even soft gels which would make SO much more sense considering the immense and ridiculous size. Impossible to take and a total waste of good money.

It is a very good product. And the inclusion of dairy and egg make people with allergies to them unable to take it. Didn’t realize and broke out severely and got sick. They need to reformulate this so everyone can take it.

This product does not work, and I ordered it only once but they keep charging

I see other reviews stating that the pills are too large to swallow but they're no larger than most standard size pills of this kind to me. Of course, YMMV. Anyway, I literally just started taking these today so of course, that's way too soon to speak on actual results but I haven't had any adverse ones so I guess that's worth mentioning. I'm taking these strictly for the "beauty" benefits for skin, nails, and hair so I will update my progress in a month after my bottle is finished up. So far so good though!
