Soudaflex 40FC is a high-quality, neutral, elastic, 1-component construction joint and adhesive sealant based on polyurethane. High modulus PU sealant-adhesive with excellent mechanical performance and chemical resistance for a wide range of bonding and sealing applications on concrete (i.e. floors and walls) and metals. Available in cartridges of 310ml and foil bags of 600ml in a range of colors.Sealing and bonding applications in the manufacturing and construction industries. Structural bondings on materials are subject to vibration and movement. Sealing applications include concrete flooring joints. Soudaflex 40FC is used with a manual- or pneumatic caulking gun. Clean with White Spirit or Soudal. Surface Cleaner immediately after use (before curing). Finishing With a soapy solution or Soudal. Finishing Solution before skinning. Repair With the same material. Soudaflex 40FC is paintable with most water-based paints, however, due to the large number of paints and varnishes available we strongly suggest a compatibility test before application.
