The World of Guweiz: The Art of Gu Zheng Wei

Art books are difficult to review, because art can be a personal taste. Guweiz is one of my favourite modern artists, so obviously I'm going to like this book. However, besides the wonderful art, what makes this book so great is the way he describes the background to each picture and the way his art develops. This makes it so much more than just a great collection of pictures.

Very well presented and beautifully set out book. Very good quality printing. Some great art and fascinating commentary by the artist on his creative process.

Juste incroyable, moi qui suis une grande fan de Guweiz je suis aux anges face à cette merveille. Livré en avance. Le papier est de super qualité, un régal. Pour les artistes son bouquin est une mine d'information mais il faut savoir parler anglais donc faites attention si vous ne comprenez pas l'anglais.

Ich muss hier niemanden etwas vorgaukeln. Wer das hier bestellt, der kennt die künsterlische Qualität von Guweiz. Daher beschränke ich mich hier auf die Materialqualität. Die Druckqualität sowie die Bindungsqualität sind hervorragend.Ein sehr schönes und gelungenes Artbook vom Großmeister Guweiz.

Je me résous à mettre malheureusement une étoile pour indiquer que l'envoi amazon de ce magnifique livre se fait dans une pochette carton M3 à peine assez grande : résultat, le livre est très mal protégé, le livre est déterioré, coins enfoncés voire arrachés.
