I got 2 of the pipe channels instead of 1, so bonus straight off. It's also a better sort than pictured in the listing, being shaped for fitting into the printer instead of cylindrical.I did not print the switch bracket prior to installation, as I'd also needed to order a new print surface. It's not essential to installation, more of a quality of life thing.One thing to note is that, in its current position, it's pointing directly down and casting a large shadow on the print bed. This is easily fixed by printing a bracket for the light bar, which there are designs for already on Thingiverse. Overall a pretty decent light.

It's relatively easy to fit. Poking the lights and cable protector in the channel can be fun. Because of the frame architecture on the Ender 3 V2 NEO I didn't need to thread the cable between the roller wheels and the frame. Overall time to fit 10 minutes start to finish. It took almost as long to re tram the bed, rebuild and save the mesh and reload the filament including heating up the bed and hot end. My ender 3 had all the tools except a decent screwdriver for the electrical connections.So why 4 stars? Purely because of the aesthetic. Almost every bed slinger is black. Electrical cables and switches are readily available in black. So instead of a discrete aftermarket addon, you have an ugly white carbuncle on top of the printer. It's a shame, more considerate sourcing would have easily made this a 5 star rating.

This is a worthwhile addition to the Ender 3 - especially if the printer is in a dark corner or (like mine) in an enclosure. Easy to fit with clear instructions. I love it!

Well I have placed my printers in a full dark corner…this allows me to visually inspect those crucial moments, allows easy solution to tinkering in the dark. I did personally crimp the ends adding a better than bare wire connector. Peace of mind and I move my printers around so stops any movements possibly wearing the wires out.
