I bought this to replace the solar panel that came with my Birdfy feeder because it went bad. So far it’s keeping my camera charged

I purchased this solar panel to go with 1 of my 3 birdfy feeders. I have 2 birdfy 1's and 1 Bamboo pro. These panels maintain my battery life in my birdfy cameras. They maintain a charge even one coldest of weather. Ensure proper positioning of panel to ensure optimal charge. Buy these panels if you have a feeder, you will thank yourself.

I was charging my bird feeder every third day but this keeps it charged all the time! I attached after fully charging the feeder and now it allows me to enjoy watching my bird all the time!

This is a great product and easy to install. It definitely beats always having to change batteries.

As mentioned, the product attaches to its supplied bracket and then connects to the Bird Feeder through the rear receptacle.I first tried to connect it to the C Connector on top of the camera to no avail as the supplied connector is a straight unit allowing for it to prevent the camera from being level. However, moving it to the rear charging receptacle, to me, allows for moisture to enter the unit. I will find out later if this is actually the case as now all moisture is of the frozen variety....Additionally, I mounted the panel just about adjacent to the birdfeeder therefor leaving three quarters of the cord rolled up as it was not needed. I wish the cable could be R&R but that is no the case and I will be darned if I ever call the tech support office again for anything, They would not listen and were unable to slow down to allow a word in and of course there was the language problem. Of course I just about lost my patience as most all may do in an almost one and half hour call.If there was an adequate manual things could have been different.In any case the bird feeder is a good product.

Bought this for my netvue, and it hasn't let me down for almost a year now. Easy to set up too.

I never have to take my bird feeder in to charge again.

We bought one for our Netvue because it is mounted on the side of our house and inconvenient to take down every couple weeks to charge. The first one we bought June of 2023 which kept my camera charged until May of 2024 when there was an incident with a bear reaching the cord in an attempt to get to our feeder. I purchased a replacement (moved our Netvue feeder higher) and it works just as well as the first. We do have it on the sunny side of our house but it does not get full sun all day and even less in the winter but have not had to take it down to charge it since we got it.
