Pretty good, but...
Good, but far too expensive - come on Brita, let's see some better pricing for us 'bulk buyers'. I'd also argue that recycling these is a bit difficult - so far haven't actually managed to get one to recycling, but am hopeful the one we've got kicking about in the kitchen right now will be the first. The crazy timer thing you get when they put the tap in is pretty annoying, and mostly gets ignored. I take is as a signal that "I'll have to replace the filter soon", rather than do anything right now. I generally replace it when I start to taste a change in the water it produces (around every 4 months it seems in our house).Fitting is both easy and hard. The fitting under the sink is well designed, and so putting the bottle into it is easy. However, getting the blighter out without making a mess is almost impossible. Inevitably access is somewhat limited, which doesn't help, but they get wedged in pretty tight so it's hard to pull them out again.
