Plastic place mats
Wipeable, look stylish, nonslip and reasonably stain resistant. My old ones had to be washed whereas these just need a quick wipe

Not nicest material but functional
Picked as cheaper option and waterproof. Material is durable but not very easy to clean due to weaving design, and not very nice to feel.

Plastic Placemats.
Made of plastic these are easy to wash but do stain. If your drink condensates or you spill anything it will go through the gaps and onto your tables. Depending on the room temp they will either slide around the table or stay well placed. For a set of six including the coasters it is excellent value for money and they look great! When delivered some of the corners were bent slightly and they seem to be stuck in that position even when bending back by hand. Not a deal breaker though.
