I definitely didn’t feel worried about leakage, I took these to the hospital with me even though they provide some, but they definitely don’t top these. The softness is great, and they’re discreet, but I did notice that they tend to move around a bit and can fold, which occasionally led to leaks. While they’re reliable most of the time, I had a few moments where I wished they stayed in place better. I feel like these were better than the hospital pads. I got these when I got home and it felt so much more comfortable with more coverage for one pad. (At the hospital they had me use two pads to cover front to back). These were long enough for just one to work. And the texture isn't loose (like the hospital ones). All together way better. I would recommend these. Definitely worth it.
