I was skeptical at first but after owning this for a month im absolutely impressed! That said, I have a lot of experience in the sign business and have used many plotters so there was no learning curve. I can see if you have never operated a plotter before there would be a few headaches. Anyway I decided to get back into the business and after reading up on this machine I went for it! It cuts just as good and fast as my Roland plotter at a literal fraction of the cost. My daughter even knocked it over and the cutting head busted off the track and after a few minutes I had it back up and running like it never happened. That said, I have a couple issues. The first is the rollers. Theyre garbage but at this price I cant realy complain too much. The main issue is the bundled software for Mac that comes with it IS NOT a full version! You have to purchase a license after 30 days. The software works if you know what your doing and can design in something like Illustrator and you know how to make your artwork cut ready and strictly use the software to send files to cut. But if you dont have experience, its going to be a problem for you. All that siad, for me, this thing is absolutely perfect and if I ever need a larger machine Ill be ordering a Vevor!

Cutter itself easy to use software not so much I wish there was a better software with it still I will give it 5 stars because it does exactly what I needed to do but that is all that it will do I can't ask you to do anything more it is hard to work around the software that comes with it

Was so excited to get this machine. I put the stand together. Put the machine on top downloaded the program plugged it in. Powered it on and nothing. Won`t even power one. Totally disappointed.

When my old cutter finally stopped talking to the old computer, so it was time for a new one. This one is clunky to use. You can never tell if your image will stay on your vinyl or migrate off the edge. The rollers are hard to adjust so you get more consistent cutting. Blade depth adjustments are tricky too. I've used these types of cutters for 15-20 years. It should be easier than it is. Time is money and you spend more time and material getting simple cuts that for me it's frustrating.

I love the machine, new at using these but use circuit and sublimation printers. So therefore I am kind of used to doing designs so was pretty easy for me to do my first two door signs for a deli. The thing I do not like that I received is the 5 rolls of vinyl. They are extremely thin and will have no use for them. They will end up in the trash, I would like better vinyl
