I noticed an increase in my memory within about a week. I could easily remember words that had somehow been previously lost from my vocabulary. Within two weeks I started thinking more clearly. After a month of these vitamins I truly felt like I had returned to my old self. I ran out of them and slowly started noticing a decrease in my memory and clear thinking. I immediately ordered a second bottle. Sometime during the second batch I could remember things from decades past.I will, without a doubt, order more as soon as they return to Amazon.

This seems to be a good quality mushroom blend so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is very good- Label has GMP stamp but not sure if 3rd party lab tested (I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

Caution → Supplements affect everyone differently but if you are new to this type of supplement like me you may want to start out with ½ recommend dose and or consume ½ the amount of caffeine you normally do to see how it affects you.I always research anything going into or onto my body before using. I looked on PubMed for peer reviewed research on the ingredients in this supplement and I was not expecting to find so many studies on the mushrooms in this supplement. The studies were overwhelmingly positive and have verified the medicinal health benefits for each.I chose this product because of the scientific research into improved cognitive performance. One side effect I was shocked at and not expecting was the amount of energy I got from this product along with my normal coffee consumption, which granted is too much, 6 cups according to the coffee maker. I took this on an empty stomach as suggested in the morning along with a glass of water and then proceeded to drink my my coffee.Maybe an hour after taking I felt totally wired like I was on amphetamines or something. The energy lasted all day, in the late afternoon I went on a long challenging bike ride and was able to push a lot harder than normal and was not fatigued later in the evening as I normally would have been.The extra energy was great but I do not like that wired feeling. I have since cut in ½ my caffeine consumption and have kept the overall energy boost without feeling like I’m on speed. Like the title says. Took for one month and did not notice any change.

I've been seeing many energy and "nootropic" products with exotic mushrooms so I thought I'd give this a try. I like that it only has the mushrooms in it (not other stuff) and a wide variety of them, so I can get an idea of the basic effect.There's various claims on the bottle, mainly that it is a "powerful immune defense formula". As I was sick for two weeks, I don't know that I agree with that - but I also don't think this caused me to get sick. They also claim to reduce stress, enhance clarity, promote energy and do something to cognitive function. If you say so.The only thing I noticed is that it seems to enhance stimulants, including caffeine and energy drinks. I had one weirdly awesome workout with a new pre-workout formula, but then found that the formula by itself didn't do that much. This mushroom formula also didn't do much by itself. But it does seem to enhance the effect of stimulants when they're taken together.The grain of salt is this: don't take this as health advice, especially where safety is concerned. Be super careful when combining things... start your doses very low (you can even open these capsules and try a portion).

This was the first time I have taken a mushroom supplement I have heard so many good things about what this can do for you. I have been taking these for a month and have not really seen a change. I think I will get ahold of the company and see if it’s possible to take maybe a little higher dose. Comes in a capsule for and easy to swallow.

I've been taking mushroom blends for a few years, and I became more diligent about it when COVID started. As a result, I've been experimenting with different blends and brands to keep it affordable and efficient for me.This blend, Phytochoice, is made in the USA at an FDA registered facility. It offers some of the most-frequently used mushrooms for health, like cordyceps, reishi, shiitake, lion's mane, maitake, chaga, and turkey tail. All of these are essential to a good mushroom blend.The manufacturer recommends 2 capsules a day to get the full dose. One capsule, on its own, contains 133 mcg each of the cordyceps, reishi, shiitake, and lion's mane. The other six mushrooms are in a "proprietary blend" and the quantity of each is not stated.Many of the mushrooms are in the form of the fruiting body, however, the cordyceps is in the mycelium form. In general, the price for 90 capsules (currently showing as $16.95) seems reasonable, even if the dosage per capsule is modest. There is no daily recommended dosage, to my knowledge.

This is a non returnable item and has upset my stomach terribly!
