Ooh, that s vegan?: Make it Maya: 50 ways to surprise your friends and family with vegan food

I ordered this because I have cooked a lot of Maya's recipes from her videos on TikTok and, not being much of a cook, I can confirm that they are almost foolproof - everything I have made has turned out really well! There are some great recipes here that I hadn't seen or cooked before, with perhaps a little less variety than on her social channels, but I'd say the clue is in the title - recipes to surprise friends and family with, i.e. food that non-vegans will like too. I'm sure I'll be making a lot of these dishes and will continue to follow her on social media - thanks for making vegan food so accessible!

Got this for my Vegan sister who loves it.I am not a vegan however a lot of the recipes are really lovely

I’ve been following this young lady for awhile on Instagram and loved her recipes so I bought the book. I am not disappointed.

Watched a ton of Insta clips - and had to have the cookbook. Would have gotten a 5 star rating if the gluten/milk recipes had viable alternatives for those who can't have gluten/milk.Recipes are awesome, easy to read/understand and there is the most wonderful index in the back.

This is my ultimate favorite Vegan cook book. It’s exactly what I was looking for. Love the format etc.

Love this book! Such simple but delicious recipes with store cupboard ingredients. The butter tofu is amazing!

I follow on Instagram love her recipes.but the price for the paper back was not worth it I wish I had ordered the hard cover the photos do not do it justice. I have brought many cook books on amazon .cheaper and better quality. Very disappointed would send back if could be bothered, sorry

I enjoy Maya's recipes, they are well written and easy to follow. She is enthusiastic about her food and it shows
