I just installed this product. I thought the original deadlock hole was offset and did not fit this keyless lock. However, I noticed the video on their website showed that you can extended the bolt and put the lock properly over the hole.Bingo! It fit perfectly and the rest of the install was a breeze. Be sure to read the instructions carefully and watch the appropriate video for the specific Lock that your purchased. Quality product. Don’t care for how soft the buttons are, but love the fingerprint option!

Instructions were easy to follow, installation was amazing, and all methods to unlock and lock the door worked to perfection (key touch, key, and fingerprint). The fingerprint scanner and keypad make it super easy to get in and out without digging around for keys, which is a total game changer.Install was a bit of a struggle—not gonna lie, the instructions weren’t super clear and it took me a little while to get everything lined up and working. But once it’s on, it fits perfectly and feels really solid and high-quality.It also beeps. A lot. Like when you press buttons, lock, unlock… it’s kinda loud and caught me off guard. Thankfully, there’s a silent mode, which I turned on right away, and now it’s totally fine.Durability-wise, it feels super sturdy and well-made—definitely doesn’t feel cheap, which I was a little nervous about at this price point. Speaking of price—the value is amazing. You’re getting fingerprint access, a keypad, auto-lock, and a clean modern look without spending a ton.Once I got through the setup and silenced the beeping, it’s been working perfectly. If you want something secure, convenient, and stylish, this lock is a great buy! 🖤🔒

We enjoy the added convenience of coming and going through our front door without looking for keys. It’s also nice to provide access to family members when we’re not around at home. The interior plastic cover material for the handle cheapens the quality of the handle. So far this has been a good buy.

Thank you Chelsea for your fast response to our trouble shooting phone call. After determining there was a problem with our lock, your fast response to getting us a replacement was super. The lock is now installed and all functions work. We love the finger print unlock. Looks great on our door

Love this lock. Works great and so convenient. The kids love it.

I don’t know how to explain it properly. The upper lock is fantastic but, the bottom lock is not functioning properly. The door cannot close without locking the top lock. The bottom tongue is not long enough to properly closed the door without locking it.
