Very nice tap. I have it on my coffee shop.After a year the flexi pipe was broken but the customer support was excellent and straight away the they send a replacement flexi pipe to me.High recommended!!!

Poor quality
3 months after fitting leaks badly from a couple of points on the head.

Good product, but faulty (in my case)
I was disappointed with this, as I really liked it when I ordered it. After installing it, it started leaking at all the joint points (it was like a fountain!). We had to dismantle it after one day of use (or not!). My husband went to a local DIY shop and got a similar one, a lot dearer, but at least it is working. We were about to send it back, but then my husband discovered that one of the seals inside the tube was installed by the manufacturer in the wrong position, so he fixed it. We decided to keep it after all, as a backup for later. I decided to give 3 stars, as it is actually a good product, but ours happened to be faulty...

The faucet looks impressive and simple to operate once you learn sequence of levers etc
My likes are price and looks of faucet . but my dislikes are 1 no instructions included in box .although very easy to fit2 no visible signs of how to remove ceramic cartridge if it needs replacing .or stripping for future O ring replacement to stem which most Chinese products require sooner than later 3 the sprayer head could in my opinion be 100mm higher when in clipped position too allow more room for hands washing pots most other taps of this style have a shorter sprayer head to facilitate this
