As advertised. Great mini-PC. Has a powerful little processor which makes it very fast. While I personally like Windows 10, there are some functions that make it a little difficult if you're used to using Windows 11. Monitors are excellent. Easy to set up and use.

Works great

The media could not be loaded. Computer screen is junk. It's dark. Won't stay on flashs on and off. Tried all the settings. Supplier does not answer back. Amazon won't do anything about it because it's a 3rd party company. And just hung up on me. I would put 0 stars if I could. Not happy at all.

Received this within a couple of different packages. Everything was there and wrapped appropriately so nothing was damaged. It was easy set up. There were a couple of videos in the reviews that helped. The display is nice and the tower is tiny enough to fit on the desk. The only two cons would be the keyboard. Id by a new one, but that’s easy. The other is that we were told there will be an update in the fall and more than likely the desktop wouldn’t work well, especially with certain programs. Overall I’d recommend and I’d make the purchase again.

I caved after going back-and-forth with myself, looking at all of the mix reviews for this computer. I got it and it arrived within two days which was fantastic because it arrived way sooner than I needed it too for a new work at home job. The packaging was OK, set up was good easy and simple. I love how the computer box itself is small and not key at all. The only complaint that I do have is with the monitors themselves. The stands aren’t all that great if you bump into your desk or slightly bump into the monitor stand it will wobble and probably fall over. They also do tend to tilt very slightly down and you can’t adjust, but isn’t that noticeable when you are actually sitting down. No issues performance wise with the computer. I have had it now going on a week and have been using it daily since. I do really love how the keyboard and mouse are 100% wireless, just make sure that you do have good batteries for the mouse and the keyboard. So if you are skeptical on this item like I was, I would just go for it if you are looking for something to be a starter computer or something temporary. This is a perfect computer for a budget. This is definitely the computer for you if you’re not looking to spend too much on a new computer with a dual monitor and if you don’t mind the monitor stands and the slight tilt down. Me personally at some point will end up upgrading my monitors to something more sturdy thus the 3 stars.

Computer shipped on time, easy setup , and everything seems to be as described. Let me help the next person that has an issue with this. There is 1HDMI cord for screen 1 and there is a D cord for screen 2 that both get plugged in to the modem. The D cord is a little tricky and you have to really have to push it hard in to the monitor and it should come on perfectly. I had to call customer service but they were very helpful and fast.
