Hello, in order to ensure the best data transmission performance, currently the RSH-A107C USB hub is only equipped with a 1m/3.3ft USB cable [USB cable is not detachable].

If you need to extend the connection of the device, it is recommended that you use an extension cable to connect the USB hub and other devices:
Applicable USB Extension Cable Specifications:
1) USB interface: USB-C Fame to USB-A or USB-C Male
2) USB data transmission speed: You can choose USB 3.1 (10Gbps) or USB 3.0 (5Gbps) according to your needs.
3) USB cable length: The length of the USB cable will affect the number of USB devices connected to the USB Hub and the performance of data transmission. It is recommended that the length of the USB extension cable should not exceed 1.5m.

When my USB Stick is connected to a USB 3.0 port, the LED on that USB 3.0 port keeps flashing. But when it works on USB 3.1 port, the LED is not flash

Hello, both the 7-port USB hub and the LED indicator are working fine.
The following are the states of the LED indicators:
1) 3 x USB 3.1/3.2 Gen2 ports :
 As long as the USB port is working, the USB port LED indicator  will remain on.

2) 4 x USB 3.0 ports :
When the USB port is transferring data -- the LED indicator will flash.
When the USB port is charging a USB device - the LED indicator  stays on.
When the USB port is first connected to a USB device - the LED indicator flashes for about three seconds and then stays on. This is because the computer needs some time to recognise these USB devices.

2) The actual data transfer speed is related to the connected USB device.To achieve optimal data transfer performance, please make sure that your laptop's USB port and USB device also support USB 3.2 Gen2.
