Great water capacity and heating capabilities. Love the modern look. BUT the COMPLICATED child lock on it made it impossible for multiple generations of intelligent people at my family gathering to use. It was really fascinating to watch. Returning bc we do not have small kids so lock was just frustrating.

I had to replace my other smaller unit when it stopped dispensing just over 1 yr. This unit holds 5L and is quite large for our space. Pros: design, functionality, easy to clean, valueCons: the button sensitivity is a little off-it requires you to touch them with the right amount of pressure, length of time and placement of finger. Once you know, it’s fine but, our guests all needed to be shown.Also, the lid doesn’t quite fit streamlined with the unit which only I notice.Otherwise, this is a really nice unit for people who grew up with the standard airpots in their parents’ kitchens. (We don’t need the swivel function and actually prefer that it stays put).

This has been great addition to getting some hot water. With stainless steel inside, very easy to clean. Heats up in minutes and is ready for use.

I have their rice cooker but want want to give this one a try. Please note the first few tanks of boiling water had some plastic smell? But it goes away after few boilings.

This thing is Fine but not as good as a similar Zojirushi. The lid is not detachable for filling and dumping, the cord doesnt have the magnetic safety detatch incase someone bumps the thing and the upper temp is 185 which is OK for tea drinkers but wouldnt work well for coffee. So its less expensive, with less features.
