Came earlier than expected, easy to install, great customer service. Watched a video on programming and hot tub was up and running in no time!!

There is a bad circuit board. I can't hook up the blower because the one leg of 110 ends right before the next circuit board. I have contacted the manufacturer and have not heard back.VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN FOR INSTALL!My spa guy had just hooked another one of these up for someone else prior to doing mine and it was fine, everything worked.

After paying 1000 dollars to electricians didn’t come with a manual I’ve already cut my hot tub up bought new pumps and it still doesn’t work. No customer support I wish there were negative stars . Worst experience

I bought this package from my hot tub, hooked it all up myself. Everything works fine except I get a heater code. It says that I need to wait. The heater may be dry. I know the heat is not dry, I ran the tub a bit without a filter so I know there is no obstruction. I would have to pay someone a lot of money to take this out and put it back in. Who can you talk to? Is there a telephone number? Thank you.Update: apparently I had the wrong code in for my Hot Tub which was causing me to get a heater code error. When I got that revised, everything seems to be working perfectly. I still think there needs to be someone to call if you have questions.
