Great value
Very impressed. It was easy to put together - took about 20 mins. Very sturdy, folds up easily, and almost silent to run. I haven't found the seat uncomfortable at all, and also have no problem changing the resistance. I had noticed over the past year or so that my leg strength was declining (I'm 69) so decided to do something about it. For someone like me this is ideal, very happy cycling away in front of the TV every day!

Good entry level bike
Bought this as it's my first exercise bike as I wasn't sure if I was going to use it and didn't want an expensive mistake on my hands. Seems to be sturdy, no issues with assembly - and I am actually using it!The problems I have with the bike have been mentioned by others. (1) Seat is padded but not enough to avoid soreness after a few minutes of use. Could be me just not used to using a bike so I just use a cushion with it. (2) Tension didn't seem to work but it turned out it's set so low you have to spin the control knob about 30 times to get it to kick in. Once I figured that out, it's fine.I have one other issue which I have not seen mentioned. It may be my not knowing about correct positioning of the seat, etc, but if I cycle 30+kmph the bike wobbles. Due to that, I wouldn't recommend it for high speed spinning (although if you're into that - yikes! - you probably need a higher end bike anyway).Overall, I have had some issues but sorted them all so do recommend the bike for beginners.

Ok, but I won't buy another one...
I've managed to keep this bike for 5 years. I used it most days for half an hour for the first 4 years. The reset button on the "computer" worked once in ten attempts for the first 3 years then it just wouldn't reset. This meant no time or distance reading but I could still use the speed and heart rate readings. The difference in resistance wasn't very much from the lowest to the highest from the beginning. It became apparent that adjusting the knob was purely psychological after the first year (I'm probably being generous with the time there). I just left it on top resistance which offered some resistance (🤔maybe🤨). The pedals would sometimes, quite regularly slip- as in suddenly offering no resistance. Eventually it started to make a burning smell and black powder would escape from the enclosed workings. It offered so little resistance that I started to wear weights on my legs so I felt I was doing something other than wearing my knees out. I put it away last Spring as it was pointless and started riding an actual bike. I got it out again last week as I'm very much a fair weather rider and thought I'd give it another go. I got four half hours on it and then the resistance completely ended. We managed with great difficulty to get inside the workings but apart from discovering that the resistance knob did not adjust the magnet position (no surprise there), we cannot figure out what has gone wrong. There's obvious wear on the belt but it's still in place 🤷🏻♀️. Oh well off to the tip it goes!So I probably had decent usage for 4 years for £64. I think I got my money's worth but I wouldn't buy it again. It was easy to assemble and it folded away. However it does not have wheels so you have to walk it or carry it to the storage place. The rubber grips on the feet are annoying because they forever rotate and you have to turn them back to have the bike level.I would say when it worked it was a good exercise bike for the elderly, unfit or recovering. If you're looking for a challenge, do not look here!I give three stars but I think 2 and a half might be more appropriate.

Well made good quality construction and stable. in use
I am 90 and was able to assemble it almost entirely on my own. Almost everything lined up easily for bolting together, with two exceptions;1 - the saddle adjustment knob would not engage the threaded part of the frame for tightening without application of excessive force. so changing seat height for different users may be uncomfortable for many.2 - Lining up and engaging the bolts for connecting the handlebars is extremely difficult and requires two pairs of hands. The Allen Key is so fiddly to use at best of times but here it is far from ideal. Fortunately I have an Allen Key set that operates like a screwdriver set. It would be far better if cross-head bolts were used, but the screwdriver blade end of the tool is still too fiddly, you would need a proper screwdriver to get into such a confined space.Apart from this, everything was excellent. The bike is very stable in use and folds easily. It would help it a hook or clip were incorporated to fasten in the closed position as it opens up at a mere touch. I have placed a string loop over the handle bars that hooks over the seat when closed and this seems to do the job..BUT BE AWARE that if you decide to return the item, you will have great difficulty arranging it, as Amazon do not arrange it for you. It took me over a day to find a carrier who could be easily booked to take it. It was a night-mare. It was too small for my long legs. Hopefully my arranged collection with Avri will go through without further problem, but still cot certain.
