LOVE IT
Bought these to use at work as my go to method of fidgeting has been tapping and not everyone likes it. They're all great to fidget with and they've been borrowed several times by coworkers. relatively quiet, help with stress.Will add though the acupuncture rings are a little on the small size and and the joint comes apart on larger fingers but are easy enough to put back together

Somehow popular fidget toys don't work with me, I think because the spinners and poppers have a very simple motion and cubes are kinda bulky... these are awesome, you can tumble it in one hand or twist and tug with both, soo good... the pressure ring is nice too, not as harsh as some I've tried, just pleasant massage
