I use this with my business laptop in my remote office (this desk: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B7JLJF9W?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1) & it has worked fantastically. Linking two 32" monitors, my wireless mouse & keyboard, & my webcam, & provides plenty of power for the laptop.

I needed a docking station that supports dual monitors for working remotely and this one fit the needs. Not only did it work flawlessly right out of the box but there are enough usb ports to attach my mouse, keyboard, webcam, and external speakers with zero issues and takes up minimal space on my desk. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and quality docking station.

Needed a new dock after my last one decided to die port by port. I needed something that could handle at least two displays (besides the laptop), multiple USB 3 ports and more general USB ports. This one has done well. And I'm able to plug my main screen (55in TV that's... 10 or more years old) into it rather than into the laptop like I had to with the last dock. That made my life SO much easier. As a streamer I need to have more than one display and this has made things more doable.The main reason I gave it 4 stars is it's light. That's good and bad. I'm going to double sided tape it to my desk because with the cables hooked to it, it CAN'T sit upright and get pulled around some if anything gets bumped. I have it on it's side because that's all it can manage. It also gets a little warm but that doesn't seem to be a problem so far.It is little though, which explains the "light" part. If you have a small space this might do it for you. Don't wedge it into a box area to have it be upright, though. It seems like it needs the space to let the heat come off of it.I have this plugged in via USB C to a ASUS ROG Strix laptop. Running ethernet, two HDMI display (and still have room for a VGA display if I want), two required USB 3 items (Elgato game capture card and a Logitech webcam), and a few just general USB things.

Consider TobenOne Displaylink Docking Station UDS-030 before dweciding on the TobenOne UDS-019 Docking Station. I iniitially purchased the UDS-19, which totally did not work with any of my laptops, even the one with a Thunderbolt 4 0 was delivered without a UBS C cable, and although I ordered the 100W GaN, to the extent you can3 and another with a Thunderbolt 4. TobenOne worked with me in rectifying the problem and offered to provide me with the TobenOne UDS-30 (about the same price) and that model works great. You have to download the driver from Synaptics, which is very simple. I'm not sure why the UDS-19 did not work with my two laptops but the UDS-030 is a very good alternative and it will work with laptops that lack the Thunderbolt 3 or 4 inputs. If you have USB C input the UBS- 030 will work just fine. The point is that TobenOne customer service was very responsive to my needs.

Great dock! Compact and best of all it works! I've had no issues with video signal stability. Which always seems like and issue for me.

I tested this docking station on my MacBook Pro 2016 model and on my Mac Mini with M1 chip. The results were identical.PROS- Easy to install (Note: make sure you first install the DisplayLink driver)- It works however there are some things you must keep in mind.OBSERVATIONS- Because this is a DisplayLink driver based docking station, this means DisplayLink software must be running before the docking station can do its magic.- Therefore when using the MacBook Pro (or any other type of notebook/laptop) you have to leave the lid open. You cannot start you computer with the lid closed. Why? Because your computer first needs to turn on for DisplayLink software to start running (you can set it up so that DisplayLink starts upon startup)- When using this docking station with a Mac Mini M1 chip, I had to connect one monitor to the Mac Mini and the other to the docking station. Why? Similarly as with the MacBook, the Mac mini needs to turn on first before DisplayLink software can start running. Therefore the computer first displays on one monitor and once you log in then DisplayLink starts running and the second monitor connects.Final words- I like it. It’s not perfect but then again nothing is. If you are ok with the work around then this docking station is right for you.

Yes, it works! I’ve run multiple monitors for years and really struggled after upgrading to my M1 MacBook Pro. I did not *need*, but certainly wanted, a two-monitor setup.This dock (UDS023) does the trick.Yes, the DisplayLink software has some issues—mouse stutter, video frame drops, and a couple of weird Mac security snags (can’t unlock Mac with watch anymore) BUT this is the best and most affordable solution so far. Software updates hopefully will address some of this. Overall, I am very pleased with the performance not only of the second monitor, but also the multiple USB and card ports. Having a separate power supply frees up my Apple power cord to stay in my “go bag”, but I am not certain it is charging my laptop while docked. I don’t see the lightning bolt, but the battery seem to be trickle charging over night, may need a second power source…still checking on that.The actual hardware is well made and very clean and modern looking. It’s heavy enough to stay put when plugging in multiple accessories, but not too large or heavy to hide—happy to display it on my desk.TOBENONE’s customer support is excellent. I ordered a smaller dock last year, had unresolvable hardware issues and within hours shipped me a replacement at no cost. Very, very pleased with their service! Will purchase from them again.
