Ive had 2 of these…once set up, both worked perfectly for a while…first packed up after a couple weeks…sent an email to supplier and replacement sent with no bother. Second one lasted 6 months, but this time no reply to messages.

I am so happy with this product.. very very excellent performance.. high quality videos and photos from front and rear.. continuous loop recording.. very simple connectivity wiring.. Blue Tooth.. Wifi.. very big touch screen.. also very good high clarity sounds.. easy to use.. very user friendly.. This is a very very valuable product.. I suggest most of my friends to buy this nice product.. Really a valuable very good product.. No need to buy any Apple i phone to support.. any Android phone can connect simply with blue tooth or Android auto... 64GB memory card also included... so nice....

Good product let down by non existent pathetic instructions. It took me over 2 hours to get it going with a lot of hit and miss and head scratching. Nearly was going to give up and return the product. No installation instructions and the video link absolutely useless, trying to installation search on you tube not much help either. Still not sure of some of the features. Having spent over 2 hours in trying to install it, gave up on installing the reversing camera. Will post review again after have finished installing the reversing camera. Avoid it unless you have patience of a saint and are willing to work through the installation. Do not expect to charge your phone through the usb slot on the 12V power supply connector. There is power only for the car player and of your phone battery runs out you can not use the device and if you connect the phone to charge through USB then the device keeps switching off due to insufficient power.

So first off I bought this for my defender as obviously they don't have a satnav or well much at all insideThe screen itself seems to be good I have only had it for about 2 hours, was a little confusing to set up to be honest but got there in the end as wouldn't connect to my phone but did that eventually that's fine connects automatically now, the usage of the apple/android play is great as expected calls work music works maps work so that's great it works for its purpose it is intended for no problem there my only 2 little issues are that 1 the aux lead makes a horrible static sound constantly! Obviously being a 2011 land rover defender there's no car Bluetooth so i used to plug the aux lead from my radio into my phone and play my phone music and that works fine however when I plug the aux lead from the radio into the screen it makes an awful static sound that doesn't go away even when music is on that's issue 1Issue 2 is the sticky pad that holds the screen and mount to the dash is absolutley useless 😑 stuck it down and before I got not even 5 foot down my drive way it fell off so stuck it back down and fell off again instantly and has 0 stick now after probably 2-3 minutes of it being stuck down, (my old phone holder was stuck there aswell and was solid)So only 2 issues is 1 aux lead static sound2 sticky pad is uselessAs I said only had the screen for a couple hours and I have not used it on road properly yet as need to get it secured in place first but after setting it up it seems the device itself will be really good.

Was easy to set to use, connected to my iPhone easy enough. Really helpful in my texts being read to me and I could voice my reply. Lovely big screen that split so I could see everything I needed to the clarity in colour was perfect.
