As a User of this Customer, I'm posting this review after 4 months of usage. It's really comfortable.Because I'm a Senior Video Editor (Remote) and a Part-time YouTube Streamer, I sit upto 8-9 hours a day.Quality is great.In mostly office chairs wheels got stuck after some months of use but in this chair, wheels are so smooth.Best part is, you can adjust the Head Rest in 2 ways - sliding Up-Down & rotating upto 90 degreesAssembling of this chair is also very easy, if you are getting confuse then see videos on YouTube but I assembled this chair by myself.At this price point, it's the best chair to buy. I didn't faced any type of issues till now.Go for it 👍

Positives:- Good Product overall for the price range.- Comfortable Cushioning: The seat and backrest are well-padded for extended sitting.- Durable Steel Base: Adds sturdiness and long-lasting support.-Hydraulic System works smoothly without any issues.- Comfortable for Long Use: Ideal for working or gaming sessions.Negatives:- Build Quality could be improved, especially in connecting joints.- Armrest Lock tends to slip under a bit of pressure.- Headrest Adjustment is present but doesn’t stay in the desired position firmly; needs better support.

It has been 4 mounths. Apart from the quality and affordability of this product. I'm quite surprised on after sale service support. At the time of delivery, the liver system was borken. I connected to the service support, they dispached new parts at the same day of complaint. Last mothth i faced the shaking issue in hydrolic system. Again the service was amazing. Even I didn't know waht was the problem. Just i explained what problem I faced. The service team troublshooted the problem and sent the new hydrolic system with 2 days of complaint. Base durability is super good. Arm rest are litle bit shakey, but toleratable. 4 mounth of use I don't feel any discomfort while using.

I got a defective chair whose right armrest couldnt be adjusted so i returned the chair. Thanks amazonAfter that i bought da urban chair which is almost the same as this one. Just buy whichever u get the cheapest.Chair is good fir people who want a chair for moderate usage like for 4-5 hours per day. More than that it might be uncomfortable as its lumbar and neck support is a joke and armrest is plastic so hurts your elbow. The main feature of this chair is looks and height adjustment and u can buy if u get it for 5-5.5k not more Oh and astride customer care is a bit slow and lazy so i just returned my productEase of assembly:Very easy. It’s not a huge problem, but it’s noticeable during long sitting sessions. Might be a minor alignment issue.Also, I got it for ₹7,000, and now it’s down to ₹4,898 — that part hurts a bit. Still, not a bad product, just wish I got it at the current price and with perfect balance.

Great product, decent service. Their executive called after 8 months to check if I'm satisfied with the product, which shows they care as opposed to the offline market who ghosted me after I texted them with a faulty product.

I am writing this review almost after 4 to 5 months of use, and i am satisfied with the product.overall look of the chair is awesome ,feels stylish comfortable and sturdy,if i must mention the cons of this chair so i would say lack of lower back support,as i have lower back issue and it doesn't provide that much support to my lower backoverall it is worth of money .HOPE THIS WILL HEPFULL
