I like this ashwaganda, but I'm used to a tincture being made with alcohol. This tastes like honey. Not complaining about the taste! it just isn't what I expected. It is very calming, but mild. Still effective. Good value for the price. I personally will probably go back to ashwaganda powder or get a differently made tincture. I think this would be good for someone who is just trying out ashwaganda for the first time.

Seems to be effective, I consider these pills as part of my nutritional regimen. What attracted me to this product was thelist of ingredients, with no unnecessary fillers.

I started taking this because I think the pills I was taking wasn't working fast enough. I took this and I could immediately tell a difference. But, I think it give me a slight headache. So, I'll continue to take it to see if it's the cause.
