It good item and good for pain add a bit of high t but not by much arch is perfect for no slipping thickness is very good arch support very good they are big in size slippery not issue easy to use and relived a great deal of pain

Had these before and they do the job pretty well.Ok, they may not be as good as some of the more expensive alternatives but I have utterly flat feet and could not do without some form of support and these are pretty good considering the price point.I find them comfortable once you get used to them and are reasonably durable for the price.Whilst they won't be suitable for everyone I would certainly recommend giving them a try and I will continue to buy them.

I've got Mortons neuroma in my left foot, which means I need extra Arch Support. These inner soles, are great, good value for money, great quality. They have great ease of use, Arch Support, give good cushioning they are of a good Thickness and Height.

These are brilliant. I have developed Plantar Fascists which is really painful but these insoles have made it a lot more bearable. I have a pair in my trainers and slippers. They are true to size, I am a size 9 and bought the Large and only had to trim a tiny bit off the toe area to fit my trainers, the pair for my slippers fitted fine. Will be buying more.

Bought this due to reviews as I am suffering with bad plantar fascitis at moment.Good: size is spot on for meNot great: they are slightly heavy and bulky. Unless your shoes have plenty of room it will be tricky to walk with these insoles. I tried them in my hiking boots and couldn't get my foot in after as it was very tight. Your shoes need to be at least half a size bigger.I shall persevere and see if I can use them enough to feel a difference but so far they have proved a bit tricky

Honestly I don't usually do reviews but I had to do one for this one. As I grow,my feet are getting flat which makes walking very very painful day after day and I have to be on my feet alot through the week which is causing me immense pain. So I brought these to try and today was the first day/week that I didn't dread the thought of getting up to walk anywhere because I won't experience any pain. Would absolutely recommend and will probably need to be buying more to put in majority of my regular shoes so I never go anywhere without them again. THANK YOU SO MUCH
