I ordered two sofas from here. A corner unit and a 2 seater to replace some incredibly uncomfortable big brand sofas.The seller is amazing and replied to my email on new year's day, arranging a next day delivery. They were polite and took special instructions.The sofas both arrived today and I'm astounded by them. The fabric is soft to touch, but versatile and thick, so great for cushions. The inserts are the perfect balance of soft and comfortable but also, supportive in both seating and lounging positions. The black is deep and unfaded. All cushions can be washed meaning kids messes are not the end of the world.The corner unit came in two peices, which slot together so easily and stay put. The 2 seater came in one piece and looks astounding.If you're in any doubt about buying from amazon, check out their website. Lovely Sofa, great quality for the price, comfortable, lovely fabric. Looks far more expensive than it was. Feels quite sturdy too. Perfect size, I used the AR to see how it would look and fit in the space, really impressed as it worked perfectly. Arrived a week early and I was kept informed of the delivery details. Delivery was great, driver went over and above to get the sofa into our room,. Thank you all so much.

Sofa is perfect bought for conservatory size and comfort excellent delivery amazing delivered in two days delivery driver was so nice polite and helpful put the sofa in the room and was very respectful of propery .would 100% recommend this company. If in doubt don’t be so happy with the seller and the sofa.

The sofa is comfy and I think is a very good value for money. I am loving it. Very happy with the purchase. I would recommend. The delivery was quick and easy communication. Overall satisfied.

We are so in love with it.The quality of the product is incredible. It is assembly so no more stress. In addition of the quality, this sofa is absolutely gorgeous. It looks beautiful in the picture but in reality it is wow. I liked that they deliver their products, showing that they care about their customers and how they receive the products. The delivery was made by the owner who was appreciable for his hard work and dedication, fast, prompt delivery. I always received updates about my delivery which was fantastic. Decent for the price.Relatively light so can be moved to hoover etc. Sturdy enough.Material nice. Back cushions decent firmness, could be taller to protect head from hard back when laying back.Seat cushions a bit on the firm side.Overall decent as a starter sofa or a cheaper option.If you want luxurious quality, this is not it.If you want affordable and decent, this will do.The delivery driver was SO grumpy and reluctant to help. There’s also a £20 fee to carry upstairs, which I helped him do. He left the sofa in the packaging and I (a small woman) had to unbox and assemble it, which meant lifting the sofa alone.All round bad quality customer service.

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately my experience has been very bad. The sofa looks beautiful but the left hand L shape constantly slides off.I didnt realise the sofa i ordered had no backingupon speaking to the driver he said its okay they can deliver some for an extra price which I thought was okay.It's been nearly 3 weeks now and I have not recived it.The customer service has been so bad so Dishonest so rude.Being told yes it's coming yes we will bring it it was all lies I have never In my life seen such dishonesty and rudeness from a company.It's such a shame because I'm sure I would of been very happy with the highbacks but the last communication I had was the guy cutting the phone on me because he was unhappy I had called him on private number.After being ignored I had to use private number and I'm sure that's not a crime.The guy clearly had no intentions of giving me these highbacks.God forbid you make a mistake and need something extra.Is this Sofa worth it ? No the side is always moving and it's hard to get comfortable when leaning.The driver was super friendly and I genuinely believed they would send the pieces.At first when speaking to his colleague he seemed honest but I soon realised he didn't care at all and I could tell in the way he was speaking he was blaming me for ordering the wrong one.I did say to the driver should I send it back he said it would of been £75 I wish I did on the day but he was so persistent that I could get the HIGHBACKS for some extra money and they would bring them but It was all a lie.Really disappointed.

Product was amazing... Came as described, fits my room perfectly and the delivery driver Fred helped bring it in and put it togetherHighly recommend for anyone looking for a new sofa and delivery time was exceptional.Thank you Sofa Selection
