Easy to store and use. Works great! Only complaint is that the recipe book does not have any cooking times in it. Luckily, this not my first rice cooker, so I had a good idea of hoe long different rices would take to cook. Plan about 30-minutes for white rices and about 1-hour for brown rice. Otherwise this is a great size or just 2 or 3 people--much easier to store than a "regular-sized" rice cooker too. Does a good job on all the rice that we have tried so far.

Not just a rice cooker! You can make all sorts of dishes with this! Cooks rice perfectly. Makes enough for about four people! Good steaming capacity nice and small enough to go unnoticed in the kitchen, smaller than a toaster great design!

If you love sticky dry rice like I do, this is the rice cooker you want. So easy to use, fast & perfect. Plus it comes with a cookbook with many delicious recipes that are simple. Small so it fits on my counter & easy to clean.

I used it to make a box of Mac and cheese. Dumped all ingredients in, one cup water, one cup milk, 4tbs butter, box of noodles, and cheese packet. Let it cook and it somehow it knew when the noodles were done and switched to warm and it made perfect Mac and cheese... 😂 Easy to clean also! Very impressed.

Bought this for my 22 year old granddaughter's birthday. She loves rice and had been lamenting that she couldn't make decent rice. She absolutely loves this product. Now she's making great rice a couple of times a week. She told me last week, while making rice, that this was the best gift she has ever received. ( and that's saying alot considering what she has received over the years). After reading other reviews I did purchase the extra 3 yr insurance just in case but, so far it's working great. Easy to use, & clean.

Tried my rice robot for the first time today.First, the plastic smell it emits. Didn’t enjoy that. But hey, it’s new.Second, took 33 mins to fully cook. I’m not a rice expert, but it takes 20 mins on the stovetop for this rice. I was worried it would overcook during the warming, so I unplugged as soon as it was done.Last, the pasty, soupy rice. I was going for fluffy Spanish rice. This was my own error, since I used too much water. Will try again to see how well it goes.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It cooks rice and it's cheap. Possibly too cheap. There is no on/off button. You plug it in and it is on warm. You push down the switch and it cooks. I had another cooker and you could leave it plugged in and turn it off, not this one. It also leaves a, not sure what to call it but, crust. It is also a simple thing. The other one I had would do more than rice, not that I ever did other than that one time. Not sure I'll keep using it. It's just a bit annoying.
