The only reason I'm giving this product 4 stars is because of its smell (which I noticed others have commented on too). It smells like baby vomit (I'm not kidding, that is the distinct smell). Yuck. However... I recently started to develop neck acne (I'm in my 30s) and was frustrated because other cleansers that I tried (very reputable brands) would always cause a reaction when I would apply to my neck (allergic rash) so I couldn't use them. And that's why I really appreciate the Cetaphil brand (I also use its daily moisturizer). It is truly perfect for sensitive skin and works effectively. I've been using this cleanser in the shower and it's clearing up my acne. So happy! So I would certainly recommend this product, just be aware of it's unpleasant smell.
