Works as expected
Bought to remove rotor screws for a brake job on my car, worked as expected, metal case is nice. I am not a full time mechanic so likely the only one I will ever need.

No instructions included
The tool gives a good impression as having a very solid build. I just used it for the first time. What did bug me was that there were no instructions included. The brand also does not have a website, where one might find instructions. Regardless, I was able to get the screws on my brake rotor removed, when without the tool I wouldn’t have stood a chance and only destroyed the drives of each screw.

Works well but needs stronger bits and drivers
I work on a lot of guns and sometimes the screws are very stubborn and or really rusted into place that I need an impact screwdriver like this to break them loose and allow me to disassemble them. This arrived just in time for another shotgun that had a few very stubborn screws in it and after soaking the screws with penetrating oil for a couple of days I decided that it was time to try and remove the screw using this impact screwdriver. I found that the smaller bit fit the screw perfectly and I selected the left direction on the impact screwdriver. This is very well labeled, and it clicks firmly into place, so you know that it is locked into the direction you want the screw to go.I inserted the small blade common head into the screw and with a firm grip while using a heavy mallet hit the impact driver several times. I then inspected the screw to see if it had moved only to find that the head of the common driver had started to deform and twist under the strain of the screw. After several more tries the screw finally broke loose and I was able to extract it with a normal screwdriver.I inspected the impact screwdriver head to find that it had twisted a great deal and would not be usable on another screw without trying to straighten it out. After several attempts I was able to straighten the blade out somewhat, but it was now very soft and easily deformed again and again until it failed completely. The screwdriver is very good, and I will probably purchase it again if they find a way to either harden the driver attachments or provide additional drivers with the set especially the smaller common driver attachments as it takes a great deal of torque on such a small area causing it to deform more easily than the other attachments in the case.

It really does the job!
I had a brake rotor with screws that were stripped out. Chose the correct bit and hit it 5 times with a 3 pound hammer and the screws came out.

Heavy duty, but doesn't really do the job
The issue with this is pretty simple, and fundamental: the mechanism that allows it to translate forward impact into rotary impact is the same mechanism that allows you to switch directions with your hand. One needs to be really tough, the other needs to be really easy. These things are at odds with each other. When hitting it hard enough to actually turn a screw, it tends to switch directions. When not hitting it that hard, it tends to do nothing.Overall, it basically doesn't do what it advertises, at least not for drywall applications where you're driving a grabber into pine.
