A great first PBN. Some paint was thicker than others, but it all went on smoothly and not gloppily.A good 1st choice because the paint was meant to be ‘blocked’ and not blended. A good first choice to wet my feet.I enjoyed some quiet time with the painting and my worship music. I completed the painting in maybe 6-7 evenings??I bought some very fine brushes, meaning pointy and short bristles, and that helped me with the lines.Ill probably frame And hang it. And now I’m confident enough to try a floral painting, blending requires!! Can’t wait! Wish me luck!For the price?? I’m really happy.Why not give it a try if ur looking into doing a PBN. Maybe u’ll like ur results, too!

Beautiful, the value, quality and functionality are the best

It was fun but not easy. I’m a beginner z. Very Time consuming. I had to go over the lighter colors many times. There was enough paint to do the entire painting. Some of the colors were cutting it close though and I almost ran out. Also there’s not the same amount of paint for each color and it does not correspond to the amount needed for the painting so that was a bit confusing. In the end finished it with help and it looks alright. It was a good way to get into it for fun. Readability was okay but I had to use my phone camera to zoom in on many numbers. I’m sure a more skilled artist could do a much better job and could make it look really good. I recommend googling some paint by numbers tips.

i purchased several of these kits and hired someone to construct 16x20 inch frames for me to stretch the canvases on. turns out the canvases are NOT 16x20 inches as the description states. the true outer diameter is 15&5/8 x 19&5/8 inches.edited to add: just opened the second set of canvases i purchased and there's only a 1/2 inch border around image. so even with a properly sized stretching frame there's not enough canvas to work with for proper stretching. yet when you spend the money to have it already mounted on a wooden frame there's at least 2 inches of canvas border to work with. it's doesn't even appear to be stretched (tightly by use of a bar), just laid out and folded over to the backside before stapling.

Best paints I've come across!

Painting came folded not rolled. I thought this company sold canvases rolled. Canvas has creases that I am not able to flatten. I tried a towel and iron. Will try to flatten with heavy books for a few days to see if that will help. Paint seems OK I do use flow aid with all my paints. Brushes are the classic dunking ones that all PBN companies use. I have my own I like using. I will update my review once I start on the canvas.
