First time ordered, had to return because pulp tray for juicing was broken. I primarily use for that regularly. Ordered again. Customer service for the product (independent seller) was excellent and prompt replies. Dropping a star for the shape of the lip when juicing citrus. Im 5ft 4 and leaning on the orange while it spins is an awkward angle that presses on my wrist and leaves marks. The base is high so maybe use a stool. Overall, would recommend

Bought as a gift. Just received it, easy to use and tried butter making….multifunctional with different heads and blades. Although everything not tried yet it seems all going well. Recipient very pleased

The quality is severely lacking. I urge the manufacturers to enhance the quality and set a reasonable price that reflects it. The accessories could be great if they were designed with durability in mind. Otherwise, I would have given this a five-star rating. Based on my experience, I worry that you'll find yourself repeatedly requesting replacements for the parts, as they are likely to continue breaking.
