The cushion on my chair was worn enough to be completely flat. It hurt to sit on it for extended periods. The chair is still in good condition.This cushion is more comfortable. It fits well and does not slip.I am happy with my purchase and only gave it four stars as it was more expensive than I had hoped. It is worth the money and I recommend it to anyone who needs a little more cushion on their chair.

It is comfortable and seems good. My problem is that I was looking for a cushion that would make me sit up higher by at least 2 inches because my chair is not height adjustable. This cushion does not quite do that. Otherwise, it good for the price.

Order this in November to use my my job. For some reason they thought the new fancy chairs would be more comfortable than the old ones. Anyway, it started out very comfortable but now it is not. I have to constantly shift myself to find a comfortable spot so that my ischium and coccyx doesn't hurt. On the bright side it's still better than sitting on that hard chair alone without it. I'm currently looking for a new cushion that will work and not wear out after a few short months.

Bought to add some padding to a large computer chair seat which was sorely lacking. Definitely added some relief for my posterior while I'm working at my computer and the price point wasn't bad at all, particularly compared to having to buy a new chair. My chair is fabric covered and this pad doesn't slide around which is a definite plus. Seems to be decent quality but I just got it so can't say what it will be like in a month. Would recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this cushion because of thickness, supposed memory foam-resilience and price. It mostly works for my intended use. My office chair is stuck at one height, which is a few inches too low for optimal monitor-eye alignment. This cushion acts as about a 3 inch booster seat, putting my eyes in better alignment with my monitor so I don’t have to crane my neck and tilt my head up all day. So it works well for that purpose?The first 2-3 weeks after I started to use it, it caused a sore lower back. As it compressed slightly and my body became used to the feel, the discomfort had gone away.However after about 6-8 weeks, I’ve started to notice that the cushion is slightly more compressed in one side and I feel a bit like it’s twisting me to that side. This may be because I weight that side of my body more heavily when crossing my legs. So I don’t think the cushion will last as long as anticipated before it’s too compromised for required support. But it was only $16 - less than a good office lunch.j
