Keeping in mind that this is a "BANNER," which means it is to hang horizontally. Why then did the manufacturer place the 2 rivets on the shorter end instead of the 2 upper corners where the banner would be hung from? This makes no sense whatsoever. If we want to hang it, as it's meant to be--HORIZONTALLY--we'll have to make a hole in the fabric on the upper right-hand corner where a rivet should have been. The wind in our neck of the woods will tear/fray the fabric in no time. They'll try to sell anything these days!
