Excellent mop!
OK, I just got this mop yesterday and used it for the first time today. I had to write a review right away. I cannot believe how great this mop does. It was easy to put together, easy instructions, I bought three extra pads to use. I pretty much mop Every other day because I have white tile floors. This beats any other mop I ever bought and used. I love that it does swivel so you can get in corners. It has cut my mopping time in half. It mopped very, very smooth and it really does pick up the dirt. You can flip it around and can actually dry the tile once you mop it. Also, it’s very lightweight. It doesn’t hurt my elbows or arms. The pads were easy to put on and Velcro together, so it was no worries about the pads coming off at all. Now I haven’t washed them yet so I will write a review after I wash the pads. Seriously this is one of the best mops. Just be aware that when you pull the trigger for the spray it sprays out kind of far so watch that(but that’s not a bad thing.) But this is an excellent excellent product!

Easy to use
Love this mop. Replaced an old swiffer with it and saving so much on not having to buy disposable wet cloths. It works great and easy to wash the mop cloths when dirty.

Pretty Good, with one important caveat...
I have been using an older version of their mop for a few years now, and it's worked well on the hardwood floors in our home until recently when the sprayer stopped working properly, so I purchased this one as a replacement. The mop itself is well-suited for it's intended use cases, and the reversible head and reservoir allow for cleaning a lot of area at a time. However, this more recent version of the mop is largely the same, but with a few important tweaks (I'd hesitate to call them 'improvements'):-The mop has been redesigned to incorporate the sprayer nozzle, and appears to maybe be better designed. However, the reservoir tank that holds cleaning solution seems to be smaller.-The subtle but important issue with this version sold by Amazon is that in being designed and packed to be shipped, the handle is made in two parts that attach together instead of one single pole ( see photo - new design is in front on left). This leads to the whole mop feeling a bit less sturdy as a result.Ultimately, I may end up having to return for this reason and subsequent concerns about durability.

Makes mopping fun and easy
Things I love about this particular mop: It is much wider than my old mop. It does not require batteries to make the unit spray, and the spray covers a much wider area. The mops themselves are washable. I can use my own cleaner. I have wood floors, cement floors and ceramic tile floors. Being able to use my owner cleaner is enough to make me buy this mop. The fact that the mop is wider, spray goes farther, and mops are washable, makes me want to keep it. I don't have to keep buying expensive "proprietary" cleaner and throw away mops. I also like that the mop head swivels. Great mop!

So lightweight
I have a Floormate scrubber, plus a steam mop....both have their places, but because of artritis, I found myself doing wet floor cleaning mush less often. I had a sponge mop that was a lot of work and stayed wet too long. Browsing mops I discovered this and bought it for my own BD gift, lol. It is super lightweight, but with a wide swath. Its super mobile and gets into corners and close spots with ease, plus under things a little more as well....certainly more than my other floor implements. It took me a few minutes to figure out that I should tip handle forward a little to make the spray close, or back a bit for farther. I tried a couple of tsp of Awesome, then next time a couple of tsp of non concentrated dish soap, plus two drops of orange oil. I could detect a faint film with all those, so then tried simple hot water as that kills bacteria too. The plain hot water worked best, left no odor. The little scrubber zone on the pad really gets stubborn dribbles and spots up pretty easily, and I can easily flip to have a clean mop if needed or use it to speed dry....tho this mop leaves floor to dry pretty fast as it is. The sprayer handle is intuitive and super easy on my bad hands, and because this mop is so easy and light, I find myself keeping my tiles floors clean as I used to. I also use it dry to dust mop my wood floors in between....and yes, I use it on my wood as well. I did search Amazon for a deal and got the mop and a total of 4 pads for less than I'd have paid for just the mop and one pad, had I not searched harder.

Great while it lasted - Now it leaks everywhere; Bought replacement which failed after first use
Our Florida home is 100% porcelain plank tile with a wood-grain look and texture. The tile is beautiful but a nightmare to keep clean. I've tried wet scrubbers, steamers and various mops with mixed success -- each with different levels of effort and cleaning effectiveness. This O-Cedar mop seemed the best trade-off between ease of use and cleaning effectiveness. I found it worked really well with ZEP pH neutral floor cleaner, and it became my go-to method of regular floor cleaning. I bought 6 extra mop heads so I could mop frequently without have to run the washer everytime I mopped the floor. The system was working pretty well until the mop started leaking like crazy -- leaving puddles everywhere -- and the bottle empty before even half the kitchen was mopped. It's barely a year old and I am greatly disappointed. Given my supply of mop heads, I will probably buy another one -- but I would caution any prospective buyer as to poor product quality/reliability.Update: Changed rating to 1-star. Bought a replacement. I immediately noticed the solution bottle is smaller which means refilling more often. The mop and sprayer worked fine the first time I used it -- I thought I was back in business. However, when I went to use the mop the second time, the sprayer didn't work -- when you squeeze the trigger there is no resistance and no solution is dispensed. Calling customer service resulted in waiting on hold forever -- so I gave up and tried contacting the manufacturer through their website. So far there has been no response. So looks like I threw good money after bad. Will be returning to Amazon for a refund and would not recommend this product.
