A bit fiddly but worth it
It's a bit of a faff to take the backing off but worth it

Not anyway near as good in quality as the first lot I bought, these were a lot cheaper, but you only get what you pay for

Not what I thought at first
The plasters didn't seem sticky at all and had no faith to keeping my hip dry while in the shower. How wrong was I, once they are on , they stay and are fully waterproof. GreAt product
