I bought a couple of these back in March. They worked great at the time I got them and they continue to work well to date. If I had any complaint it would be that the cars are a bit too fast, and therefore a bit hard to aim and control at first. However, that speediness makes for a lot of fun when the car hits and obstacle and does its flips, and you get used to the car's speed.Yes, as others have mentioned, the batteries are a pain to charge; to do so you need to remove a screw, remove a flap, then remove the lithium battery from the car and plug it into the supplied USB charging cable. You have to be very careful with the battery connector and I can see that it might be easy to pull wires out. However it's not really that difficult if you carefully release the connector latch and support the wires emanating from the car while disconnecting the battery. In my experience you can disconnect and remove the battery and get it charging in just a couple of minutes.My 5 1/2 and 3 year old grandkids honestly love these cars, and could control them almost immediately. But being kids they flit from one activity to another and thus use the cars for short enough periods that they've only drained the battery once. And, importantly, the cars came with the necessary screwdriver and also spare battery that I keep charged up in case the kids do want to use the cars for a longer period of timeI've seen other cars that look exactly like these selling for twice as much. I think this car is a steal and quite worth its price.

Incredibly popular with a 4 year old. This was a huge hit for a 4 year old little boy, his older sister, and his father. Provided a lot of fun. Biggest frustration for him was waiting for it to charge. Well loved and he had it figured out in no time.

The media could not be loaded. I bought five of these for Christmas. One for my husband and one for each of my young men sons. They had a blast playing with these. Great design, great build quality, out of box ready to go, great functionality and value for money. I highly recommend.

I purchased this for my son for his 8th birthday. It was broken in 30 minutes of him opening the box. The wires came out of the charging mechanism, a car with no charge is a very ineffective toy. Rather than a remote control car my son got an electrical shock for his birthday, memorable!
