This product has a very bitter taste and is unpleasant to consume. Previously, I used the regular Host Defense powder without added vitamins, and it didn’t have this bitter, unpleasant flavor. It’s possible the added vitamins are causing this. If you plan to take it in dry form with water, it will be very unpleasant I don’t recommend it.

The dose of this powder is only 1/4tsp so barely anything. You can mix it into your spaghetti sauce or scrambled eggs and never know. The ingredients are great and will hopefully help promote overall body health as well as improving mental status over time.
