A lot of these are ripoffs but I was able to use my foot for driving right awa.

I have neuropathy in feet/legs and didn’t believe these vitamins would work and so fast but they did. Maybe it’s the placebo effect but no matter. I will purchase again.

I found no difference during and after taking all this product. I am not sure for how long I should be taking this before seeing a noticeable difference.

This by not any means a cure, but certainly has seemed to greatly lower the number & even the severity of the episodes. That is certainly a win in my book. The pills are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. Definitely a repurchase.

The supplement upset my stomach, where I could not tolerate taking these.

Supplements are difficult to rate, as effectiveness can be difficult to define and distinguish. My doctor recommended this type of supplement, so I tried these. They seem like good quality and I have nothing negative to say. There was no off-putting smell, taste, or after effects, so that's good. There was also no discernable positive effects, but also none to be expected with a supplement of this type. Overall, I'm pleased with the product and will continue taking it.

Just coming out of a back pain reprise and taking this supplement for the last week seems to have made a difference, things got better a bit quicker than last time. I don’t think it is a coincidence, as I did not take anything else to alleviate symptoms at the same time. Whether it is the full formula working well or just the B and D vitamins, I really cannot tell. Next time I may start with just vitamins and see if that suffices or whether there really is something about the rest of the ingredients in this supplement’s formula. Whatever the relevant ingredients may be, this supplement worked for me. As for the rest of the claims, relaxation and improved focus and energy, I do not really see any difference, maybe longer term use provides further benefits.

I appreciate that all the ingredients are given with amounts per serving. I was attracted to this supplement for the Alpha Lipoic Acid. I have neuropathy in both feet and I was hoping for a little relief. The amount of ALA in this product is on the low side @ 150mg per day. The recommended level that I have commonly seen is 600-1800mg.I have been taking this for 3 weeks and haven't noticed much of an effect on my neuropathy. I do not have diabetic neuropathy so that might be the reason I am not seeing any results.Reviewing products like this can be kind of difficult. Since my results may vary from yours. I would look at the ingredients, consult with your physician and if it is determined that this product contains ingredients that would or might be beneficial for you, I would recommend trying it.
