Good product
Was very pleased with , product but disappointed by yje post office as they said it would be delivered AM and then late morning they changed it to early evening , so it was a wasted morning delivery and then changed it.

I bought this fire as a replacement to my long served Dimplex that died,I can’t rave about this fire, it’s adequate & serves the purpose & is good value for the money,but you only get what you pay for, but I had difficulty in screwing the legs in situ, but I’m (70) with failing sight!

flame effect poor
when flame effect is on the flame is very weak on setting 5 and only throws light a the back, so the front half is veryblack and dreary.but the shape and style of the outside is very nice,noise level a little loud.

Error. Product is nice though.
Had to fix a manufacturing error myself. The light reflecting panel hadn't been fixed in to place correctly. This caused light to appear at the side. Which looked odd in the fireplace. Everything fine now and looks great.
