Easy to use… make sure you read the directions the serving size is in drops not in milliliters. The taste is manageable. The second time I ordered this, it seems like it separated, I look in the dropper and part is clear and red, previous bottle was all red. Good value for the cost

Easy to Take
Simple taste, one squirt, and I reached my vitamin quota for the day. What I like is that it has more than the recommended allowance, so that I can be sure to get my B each time without question.I'm taking this for medical reasons as required by my doctor. Apparently (as I've learned) having low B12 is super bad for your body. It can cause nerve damage, brain injury, etc. As in my case, a lot of past low B12 damage is not reversible, but I can prevent future issues by making sure I get a daily dose of B12 now and going forward.Pills are not my thing and gag me and gummys can be tiresome. This is quick, under the tongue, and no issue. Highly Recommend.

Adjustable and Best of Ingredients
What I like the most about these drops is that I can adjust the amount of B12 I'm taking by simply dropping 1 drop under my tongue instead of the recommended 4, which seems a lot to me considering 1000 mcg is far beyond the DV percentage. I also like that this formulation incorporates the best forms of B12, and it tastes great. Bravo!

Not sure if it does anything
I used an entire bottle of this product. The taste is good, but I'm not sure if it really benefited me in any way. I did not notice any health benefit or any differences while taking it.

Nice boost
I was not sure this would work but after taking it I noticed a change in my energy level. I only drop a few drops into my morning drink and it really helps.
