Amazing book
This book helped me see my anxiety differently. Now, I see that my beliefs and environment influence how I feel, instead of feeling stressed by all of it.The author Nick Trenton explains ways to overcome anxiety that are easy to grasp, but bring big changes.Now I am more relaxed, able to stay focused and really present each day.

'Rewire your anxious brain' one of the most memorable and best books which I came across in 2025. This book is something that I started reading casually but found very intriguing and Finished it in a single day.Anxiety is such a thing that no matter who you are may have hit you sometime or other. Its not clearly noticeable or the person experiencing it may not even know if that was an anxiety but it prevails. Everyone says its important to identify but symptoms or effects of The same varies from person to person.In this book, the author has noted down and catwfpwirzed its effects, types and how to cope with the same. The book doesn't end over here...it also suggests ways to manage stress and anxiety.The book is only a read of 150 pages but it's worth it. The depth in which the author has explained everything, every aspect of it yet kept the language simple and easy to understand is fantastic.A detailed, well researched and well explained book in crisp manner with simple,lucid and engaging language it is!! Surely give it read!
