This is effective at treating acne on any area of the body. It is very strong, so you should be cautious about using it too often - it will dry your skin out quite a bit if you overuse it. I have cystic acne (thanks perimenopause) and have been using this when my acne flares up. When it does I put the Panoxy on once every other day or so while I am in the shower. That seems to be effective at helping dry those areas that can have some buildup without overly drying the skin. I do apply a moisturizer when I get out of the shower which is a step you will not want to skip when using this product. There is a bit of an odor to it that I don't like but that's pretty subjective so I didn't take any stars for it. It doesn't create much lather which is actually good because you can control where you apply the product a little better. I don't use it all over my face, I just want to apply it where I have the acne and this stays right where I need it to. In terms of value its comparable to other products, I certainly didn't feel as though I overpaid.

Best face wash! It is strong but has been my favorite face wash for cystic acne. I have oily prone skin and it really helps reducing that oil that develops on my nose. I used to also have back acne and I used this as a body wash for a while and it really helped with that also. I also used to have fungal acne on my back and forehead and it really helped me as well.
