Product itself is very helpful with pain. Unfortunately they were returned to seller damaged.

Temporary relief
Cold as expected. Bought for knee pain. Short term relief and needs to be supplemented by oral pain killer like paracetamol. Stuck to knee for a short while but had to be bandaged on to keep in place for the three hours suggested. Expensive for longer term use. BUT the best of all the products I tried over the 6 months of knee pain. (caused by exercise)
