Highest recommendations? I've tried every kind of belly brace for my hernia that's above my belly button. My doctor told me to put a bundled up socks in my shapewear I found this. The item may be of a 5 star quality; but they were too narrow for my problem. Upon trying to raise to cover my hernia, it was difficult to breath. I finally found an exercise vest that helped eleviate the problem.
